Anxiety is experienced by everyone and is generally a normal and helpful response in situations which are perceived as dangerous. Anxiety can feel overwhelming and disabling. Anxiety can be charaterised within 6 specific disorders:

  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Social Anxiety Disorder/Social Phobia

On discharge or shortly before you will be invited to attend our support group so that you never need to feel that help is not at hand or that you’re facing this alone.
